Thanks to an innovative set of algorithms, the Smart-VS EVO can easily solve a wide range of quality control, presence/absence and defect detection applications without requiring any machine vision knowledge.

	Accurate inspections, ready in few minutes The new Smart-VS EVO anomaly detection algorithm can effortlessly solve several applications in many sectors, simplifying quality control, defect detection and presence/absence verification. Thanks to its undisputed ease of use and the sharp and clear GUI, the operator can easily setup any inspection without machine vision knowledge, identifying quickly and easily any deviation from a learned “GOOD” object.
Defect classification for deeper insights The new Smart-VS EVO classification algorithm can easily classify up to six classes increasing the ability to solve all presence/absence and orientation applications. The new classification algorithm can also handle and detect unknown objects, enabling the customer to increase the classification precision on minimal object details, providing the most advanced classification capabilities in the industry.
	Precise inspection for large components The new Smart-VS EVO extended operating distance up to 400 mm increases the smart sensor field of view up to 140 mm by 100 mm improving the capability to solve applications where it is needed to detect the whole object especially for packaging, pharma and assembly lines applications, accommodating a broader range of applications and optimizing workflow efficiency.
Consistent accuracy across all surfaces The Smart-VS is not only an advanced combination of algorithm, it features an integrated polarizing filter that removes unwanted reflections from glossy materials and surfaces, ensuring precise object inspection. This is crucial for anomaly detection algorithm, preventing reflections from being mistakenly identified as defects.
