Datasensing TL46-W RGB Contrast Sensor is used to detect color marks or even sorting objects based on their chromaticity.Furthermore, the IO-Link sensor has an IODD file (IO Device Description) that describes the device and its data, allowing a remote configuration and monitoring.
PROCESS DATA: sensor binary output (on/off) related to object detected, and variable data such as color contrast measurement.
SERVICE DATA: sensor setting parameters, i.e. switching threshold, hysteresis, light/dark mode, RGB emission, output timing, and also part number, lot and serial number, etc.
EVENT DATA: error or warning messages sent by the smart sensor when some critical event requires maintenance or replacement activity, eg. dirty lens, overheating, shocks or heavy vibrations.
