PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT RELATED TO SH4 DESIGNER DISTRIBUTION
We inform you that any personal data (such as name, surname, e-mail) collected by Datasensing S.r.l. ("Datasensing") will be processed by Datasensing, Strada S.Caterina, 235, Modena, Italy (the "Data Controller"), pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") and for the sole purpose of operating SH4 DESIGNER (the "Application").
Personal data will be processed without your prior consent for purposes related to the operation of the Application. The provision of personal data for the above-mentioned purpose is necessary for the operation of the Application; without the same, it will not be possible to fully carry out the necessary activities.
Within the scope of the aforementioned purposes, personal data may be communicated to other companies in the Datalogic Group of which Datasensing is part, to third parties, data processors within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR, as well as to independent third party data controllers. The list of data processors can be requested from the Data Controller at the addresses indicated above.
The data may be accessible to other companies of the Datalogic Group for the same purposes as above. In relation to the aforesaid purposes, personal data are processed using manual, computerised and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data, in addition to the fulfilment of specific obligations provided for by law.
Personal data will only be kept for as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are collected, in compliance with the principle of minimisation ex art. 5.1.c) GDPR and in accordance with the company's data retention guidelines. Data may be transferred to third countries.
Regarding the possible transfer of Data to third Countries, the Data Controller discloses that the processing will take place according to one of the methods permitted by the law in force, such as the consent of the interested party, the adoption of Standard Clauses approved by the European Commission, the selection of subjects adhering to international programs for free circulation of data or operating in countries considered secure by the European Commission. At any time, you can exercise all your rights under the GDPR (right of access, Art. 15 GDPR, right of rectification, Art. 16 GDPR, right of cancellation, Art. 17 GDPR as well as all other rights reserved under Art. 18-22 GDPR); you also have the right to revoke your consent at any time, pursuant to Article 7 of the GDPR, by sending a written request to the above address or by sending a letter to the Datasensing Marketing & Communication Department to the following address: Strada S.Caterina, 235, Modena , however, revocation of consent shall in no case affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to revocation.
