OEK-4 incremental optical encoder kit, with built in spring mounting bracket and measuring wheels, is primarily intended for installation under the belt of a transport conveyor, featuring linear measurement, speed control, object positioning, and stop or cut to length applications.
The encoder generates 250 pulses per revolution, offering a 1.27mm (0.05”) linear resolution, with 6000 rpm max and up to 100 kHz counting frequency.
Wheel dimension is Ø 101mm, circumference 317.34mm (O-ring included).Output circuit is NPN PNP Push-pull and Line Driver, single channel A, 50/50 square waveform with reduced jitter effect, available on a standard M12 4-poles connector.
The complete kit weight is 1 kg, with case material Zamak die cast, shaft stainless steel non-magnetic UNI EN 4305, support Aluminium anticorodal UNI EN AW-6082 anodized, and bearings ABEC 5.
