Datalogic ADC is dedicated to providing our partners with quality products, services and support tools to assist their efforts in marketing our general purpose and industrial handheld products, mobile computers and high-performance scanners and scanner/scales.

While the AIDC industry is reaching a stage of maturity and its boundaries are blurring and merging with neighboring industries, while channel players are continuously reshaping their business models to better fit with end-user demands, Datalogic ADC reaffirms its philosophy to follow the evolution of the channel by supporting Partners with a winning business model. This means recognizing the uniqueness and points of strength of our Partners and designing with them our journey to success.

Deal Registration Process:

• The Partner must submit the deal for review via the deal registration tool. The first Partner to submit a deal that meets all of the deal registration criteria below; will receive an approved deal registration for that deal.
• If a deal is approved, Datalogic will notify the Partner via e-mail within two business days.
• If a deal is denied, Datalogic will notify the Partner via e-mail within two business days explaining the reason(s) for such decision.

Deal Registration Criteria:

• The deal is not being pursued directly by Datalogic at the time the Partner submits the deal.
• The deal is not registered by another Partner.
• Before registering a deal, the Partner has made significant pre-sales efforts related to such deal, such as meeting with the end-user’s decision makers, qualifying the deal, helping the end-user to quantify the project budget, and helping the end-user to define the project requirements to include Datalogic products and EASEOFCARE services.

Approval Period:

• A Partner must close an approved deal prior to the expiration of the Approval Period specified on the deal registration.  Partners may request one extension per deal within reasonable time prior to the deal expiration.  At its discretion, Datalogic may extend the Approval Period if sufficient justification exists.
